Meal Packages

Please consider signing up for one of our meal packages! We are expecting a large turnout, and there may be significant lines at the hotel’s restaurant. There is also limited Uber Eats & Grubhub availability as the Newark Airport Marriott is so close to the airport grounds. Our hotel’s chefs have specially prepared delicious & reasonably priced menus for our group to help offer you a comfortable dining experience.

Package Descriptions

Early Bird Deadline: January 1st

Enter and pay in full by January 1st to receive exclusive early bird discounts on both Single Dances & Multi-Dances!

Regular Registration Deadline: January 15th

Late Fee Begins January 24th

$50 per person for entries submitted after Friday, January 23rd.

Late entries at this point force us to redo the schedule & delay the release of everyone’s heat lists.

We do not want to charge you this fee! Please help us release the heat lists on time by submitting your entries on time as well!
